1.1. REFUND POLICY FOR ACCOMMODATIONS
The company does not provide refunds for accommodations that have already begun and were paid in advance.
In cases where the first day of a reserved and pre-paid accommodation has arrived, but guests have not yet checked in, the accommodation is considered to have begun and no refund is possible.
The no-refund policy also applies in cases of early termination of stay, regardless of the reason for termination.
We recommend that guests carefully review and confirm their travel plans before making a reservation.
The company reserves the right to consider exceptional circumstances that may affect this refund policy.
2. Site Selection (camping, glamping)
Coordinate site selection in the campground and glamping with the reception manager (except numbered parcels).
When choosing a site, consider rational use of space and respect your neighbors.
3. Traffic and Parking
Entry with personal vehicles is allowed from 8:00 AM to 10:00 PM (park elsewhere after this time on the roadside parking).
Park only in designated areas. Parking personal vehicles outside marked parking lots and outside the Herbal adventures premises is not allowed.
The maximum speed in the campground is 20 km/h.
Pedestrians have the right of way.
4. Environmental Protection
It is strictly prohibited:
Driving nails into trees or causing any damage to them.
Additional heating of the space you inhabit.
Any construction work in/on the chosen area.
Only standardized temporary fences are allowed.
Failure to comply with this rule may result in the campground management revoking the possibility of further stay in the campground.
5. Peace and Quietness
Please refrain from making noise that may disturb other guests, including the use of radios, televisions, digital devices, and musical instruments.
Setting up tents is possible from 6:00 AM to 10:00 PM. Special care should be taken during other hours to remain quiet and not disturb neighbors.
Tranquility and Silence Time in the Campground:
10:00 PM - 6:00 AM
Afternoon Rest Hours:
1:00 PM - 3:00 PM
Failure to comply with this rule may result in termination of stay.
6. Campfire
Outdoor fires are prohibited. Use designated fireplaces only.
7. Cleanliness
Maintain cleanliness in all areas you use.
Separate waste collection in plastic bags and dispose of them in containers.
Leave sanitary facilities clean and tidy.
8. Safety and Responsibility
We are not responsible for lost items. Valuables can be deposited at the reception for a minimal fee.
Found items should be brought to the reception to locate their owners.
An inventory check of mobile homes is conducted on the day of departure.
Any damage is subject to financial penalties.
9. Pets
Owners must register their pets at the reception; dogs must be leashed.
Clean up after your pets.
Failure to comply with this rule may result in a fine.
10. Visits
Visits are only allowed with prior registration at the reception.
Visitors must leave a valid identification document for shorter visits, which will be returned upon departure.
Stays longer than 2 hours are charged.
11. Electricity
Contact the reception for electricity connection or disconnection.
Electrical installation safety checks are performed by authorized personnel.
12. Complaints and Compliments Book
A complaints and compliments book is available at the reception.
13. Sanctions
Guests who do not adhere to the rules may have their accommodation services terminated.
