WINTER FAIRYTALE

The liqueur Winter Fairytale has especially enchanted foreigners, particularly Americans. We've also nicknamed it "Štrudel," for foreigners, it's "Apple Pie." I created it about 12 years ago for the Christmas and New Year holidays because I felt that just mulled wine wasn't enough. The base remained the same, white mulled wine, but its special touch comes from oven-roasted apples. In addition, I added all possible spices that we use for the holidays. And indeed, it smells like apple pie. Just its aroma transports you to holiday time.
