MOUNTAIN DOCTOR

Mountain doctor is a liqueur that I jokingly refer to as "Berg Doktor." In terms of taste, it will remind you of gin, as it contains green juniper berries and plenty of young green beech leaves, which are rich in vitamin C. Beech leaves can also be eaten in salads or consumed fresh, or you can even make soup with them. They are excellent. By adding spruce tips, I further enhanced the flavor of the liqueur.
