MEMORY ERASER

Another liqueur that emerged in the first year of my "witchcraft" is Memory Eraser. I always get asked why I named the liqueur that way. I like to joke that it's not just a regular walnut liqueur but a special one that erases only the bad memories while preserving the good ones. But I make the walnut liqueur from green walnuts, and as everyone knows, ripe walnuts and their kernels resemble brains. Walnuts are known to be very beneficial for the thyroid and the stomach.
