Magic potion, on the other hand, is one with a slightly more medicinal touch. While gathering elderberries, I discovered their medicinal properties through research on elderberry use. For several years, I exclusively made liqueur from elderflowers and lemons, which was rich with vitamin C and a potent remedy against colds, as well as incredibly refreshing. Then, I began making syrup from elderberries, which I later used for liqueur, as it possesses even more medicinal properties besides vitamin C compared to elderflower. Unlike others, I mix it with red wine and spices, adding a special flavor twist.
