Once called Plantain Liqueur, Alpine healer sadly didn't attract much interest from customers due to its name. If only they knew how healthy the narrowleaf and broadleaf plantains are. I add cardamom spice to both plantains, giving the liqueur a special charm and flavor, and besides, it's excellent for soothing the stomach. They say it's great for licking wounds, but I chuckle and say it's for spreading on the belly button.
