ELDER BERRIES & APPLE JAM

Since elder berries are effective in relieving earlycolds and increase immunity, we decided to make jam from them as well.

Elderberries have a neutral taste, but in addition to their medicinal effects, they give the marmalade a beautiful color, mixed with the apples we create a pleasant texture.
